SHS Liverpool are specialist manufacturers of dietary products. They have recently installed two large diameter STERIFLOW retorts to expand their production of vacuum-packed, gluten-free bread and cakes. The products are pasteurised in the STERIFLOW retorts to give an extended shelf-life.
